W is for Whale - Free Coloring Book Page & CONTEST

I had a lot of fun posting the last free coloring page, so here's a new one for you to enjoy! Click on the image and print!

I'm officially announcing the "Name the X Animal Contest". Since I'm having a heck of a time choosing a good animal to represent "X" in my alphabet coloring book, I'm leaving it up to you.

Here's how it's going to work:
1. Post your comments here with the name ideas. (I'll also count the ones on the previous post.)
2. On May 23rd, I'll pick my favorite. (If multiple people suggest the same animal, I'll put the entries in a hat and draw one.)
3. The winner will receive the original artwork for the "X" animal and my eternal gratitude.

Adrian, love these man...the colouring book is a great idea. I think i remember from my childhood seeing "foX" as the animal for "X". You just have to really emphasize that last letter. Keep it up man, great stuff...love the mother's day piece too.

Here's a list for you. On the list I'm partial to Xanthareel. No particular reason, I just like the way it sounds. Thanks for your coloring pages. I've been coloring with my nephews in church and I'm going to bring in your work next time. They'll love it.

so, here are three, you said an animal right?

A southern armadillo, which lives at the Small Mammal House at the Smithsonian's National Zoo, is a member of the group of animals called the Xenarthra.
or
Xerus - a type of ground squirrel from Africa

both are cute and would fit well with the rest
have fun

Also lots of Dino's that start with X, kids love the Dino's
Xuanhuasaurus
Xenotarsosaurus
love this name - Xinjiangovenator

These are awesome, Adrian! For "X", how about an x-ray of a billy goat? Tin cans, shoes, toys, just about anything could be hidden inside!

Is it a stretch? Yes. Yes it is.
